Jesus left his church a great purpose – to bring the Good News of his death and resurrection to all who haven’t heard it, so that they might believe, be saved and know him as Lord.

As a church we are part of this great commission and look to fulfil it in a variety of ways:

Local Mission

We aim to equip each other to be witnesses to Jesus wherever he has placed us. Whether it is at home, school, university or work we encourage one another to be willing to speak about Jesus and live a life that reflects a real relationship with him.

We also welcome everyone into the activities and life of the church. We run clubs such as Young Explorers and Mountain Life which help us connect with and serve our neighbours; we have a team which visits homes in the area, and, at the Link Café, people are able to come into the church building and connect with us in a friendly and informal way. For those who are interested in what we believe we also run a number of introductory courses including one called Christianity Explored.

World Mission

We know the UK is in real need of the Good News of Jesus. We are very supportive of many different initiatives to bring the Gospel to the people and cities of Britain. As part of the FIEC we are behind their aims to reach cities in Britain through their church revitalisation project.

We have good connections with a number of missionaries throughout the world.

The Walker Family

The Walker family moved from the UK to help Christians proclaim Christ through radio in Africa. As their home Church we support them as they work with Reach Beyond, training workers and giving technical support to Christian radio stations and ministering in their local church.
